According to a report by Google and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the Indian food-tech industry is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 25-30% to $8 billion by the end of 2022. This growth can be accounted for rising internet penetration, increasing ordering frequency and favourable consumer disposition.
